This FAQ page is updated to reflect the most common questions coming from players across the Philippines — from first-timers in Quezon City who just heard about 46JL, to regular players in Davao who want a quick answer without contacting support. The goal is simple: give you clear, honest information so you can get back to playing sooner.
Everything on 46JL begins with your account. Once registered, your username and wallet carry across the website, the mobile app, and every game or betting market on the platform. There's no need to juggle multiple profiles or switch between different systems — one account covers it all.
If you ever run into trouble accessing your account — whether it's a forgotten password, a lost SIM, or something more unusual — the recovery process starts from the Login page. The OTP-based verification system means recovery is tied to your phone rather than just a security question, which makes it more reliable in practice.
One of the most common questions we get is about deposits. 46JL keeps payments straightforward by focusing on PHP-denominated local payment channels. GCash and Maya are popular choices among Filipino players because they're fast and don't require a trip to a bank. For those who prefer banking directly, Philippine online/mobile banking and bank transfers are also supported.
What won't work: cryptocurrency, credit cards, and foreign currency transfers. This isn't an arbitrary limitation — it's about keeping transactions within a framework that makes sense for players in the Philippines and avoids unnecessary complications.
Whether you're a slots fan who likes spinning a few games after work, a live casino regular who prefers the feel of a real dealer, or a sports bettor who follows the PBA standings religiously, 46JL has a section that fits. The Game Lobby is the easiest place to start — it gives you an overview of everything available without needing to know exactly what you're looking for first.
For sports fans, the Betting section covers the sports Filipinos follow most closely: Basketball (PBA and NBA), Football, Volleyball, Boxing, and Esports. International fixtures are also covered, so there's usually something on no matter when you log in.
No FAQ would be complete without this: gaming on 46JL should be enjoyable, not stressful. That means setting a real budget before you start, deciding on a time limit and sticking to it, and accepting that wins and losses are both part of the experience. The platform is designed for entertainment — not as a way to generate income or recover financial losses.
If gaming starts to feel like something you can't control, that's the time to step back. The Responsible Gaming page has practical guidance on managing your activity. You can also reach out to support if you need help adjusting your account settings.
